Kathmandu, March 2: Chief Minister of the Indian State of Bihar, Nitish Kumar, today arrived Kathmandu to attend the opening ceremony of the Nepali Congress (NC) 13th national convention to be held tomorrow.
Various international leaders, representing their respective political parties, are attending the inauguration session of this three-day event.
Similarly, Bangladeshi Minister for Information Hasanul Haq Inu also reached Kathmandu for the same, according to the NC.
The foreign guests were received at the Tribhuwan International Airport by NC International Relations Department members Manmohan Bhattarai, Dr Dinesh Bhattarai, Dr Suresh Chalishe and Rakesh Hamal.
Also arriving today evening is Socialist International Secretary-General Luis Ayala of Chile.
